Luxury Delivery & Installation

At Larkbury London, we understand our clients expectations and offer the highest level of service throughout your journey with us from the moment you walk into our gallery to the moment your sofa arrives in your home. Our Delivery team is highly trained and knows how to make sure your furniture is delivered and installed in your home in the smoothest possible way. The team will contact you in advance to arrange a convenient time to book your delivery. Once the team arrives at your home, you will show them where the new furniture is to be placed and if any existing furniture needs to be moved, they will accommodate this no questions asked. If any larger pieces of furniture like beds or dining tables need to be assembled, this will be taken care of and all furniture will be placed exactly where you desire.


Please note we do not provide lighting, artwork or any electrical installations.

Access Checks

From spiral staircases to narrow hallways, delivering big items can be a challenge, even for the most experienced delivery teams. If you think access could be an issue, let us know and we’ll visit your location to determine how difficult delivery will be. If your product is made-to-order, we can tailor it to be assembled onsite if needed.

Quality Control

Before items leave the workshop, each piece is meticulously examined by our experts. Everything from the threading and finishes to size and fit is checked and rechecked. For items like beds and headboards we conduct a trial assembly to ensure a perfect fit and quality before they're carefully packaged for delivery.

Delivery

Our delivery team not only has the skill and knowledge to handle your order with complete care but are experts at careful installation. We also deliver to you outside of the UK using trusted partners who go about their work with the same exacting standards as our own delivery team. Once installed, our team will clear away any packaging and completely remove it from your project. We will then conduct a quality assessment check and will only sign off on the job when you are completely happy with the end result.
