What to expect on the day

During our sale event, we’re expecting large crowds, so while our team will be available to answer questions, we can’t offer our usual luxury shopping experience. We encourage you to browse our showroom and purchase items using our intuitive QR codes and online platform.

Get Prepared

To help us ensure a smooth delivery, please measure your space before your visit and review our helpful tips. We won’t be offering our usual access check service during the sale, so any issues with fit will be your responsibility.

Final Space Measurement

First things first, take a note of the width, height and depth of the space where your new item will be.

Journey Measurements

Next stage is to measure the different points in the journey from the point of entry, through your home to the final destination.

Door / Lift

Measure the width and height of the door frame, making sure you measure within the door frame. If the height of the furniture is smaller than the width of the door, it will fit. Alternatively, if the width of the sofa is smaller than the height of the door, this will fit too. If we need to take the piece into the lift, take a note of the width, height and depth of the lift. If these measurements are greater than the furniture measurements then it will fit.

Hallway

Measure the narrowest part of the hallway, include any obstructions which cannot be moved e.g. radiators. The height of the sofa needs to be smaller than this measurement.

Stairs

In order to manoeuvre around the stairs, take the width of the stairs as well as the total height, again including any obstructions which cannot be moved e.g. pendant light. If the width of the stairs is greater than the height of the sofa, then this will fit. Otherwise, we may need to lift the furniture over the bannisters, or around the stairway. If this is the case, then the depth of the furniture needs to be smaller than the height of the stairs in order to fit.

Their logistics team will call you to arrange a delivery slot with you, doing their best to arrange a time which suits you. However, this is not guaranteed.

On the day of delivery, our team will carefully bring your item to a safe and accessible spot in your home, though we can’t guarantee a specific placement. Packaging will not be removed, but we’ll ensure everything is handled with care.

Our team will expertly wrap your chosen pieces and provide a helping hand to safely carry them to your vehicle, ensuring a seamless and effortless experience as you bring your new treasures home the very same day.

Free Standard Delivery

Our free standard delivery is simple and stress-free. Once your order’s ready, we’ll call to arrange a convenient slot. On the day, our team will carefully bring your item to a safe and accessible spot in your home, though we can’t guarantee a specific placement. Packaging will not be removed, but we’ll ensure everything is handled with care.

Luxury Delivery & Installation

Our luxury delivery service is all about the details. We’ll book a convenient slot that works for you (subject to availability), and on the day, our team will carry your piece to your chosen room, unpack it, fluff the cushions, and take away all the packaging. We’ll even assemble your furniture—except items that need to be fixed to a wall. Just ensure there’s a clear path to its new home, as we don’t remove old furniture. Let us make your new piece truly ready to enjoy.
